Regina Cavanagh LMFT
Individual and Couples Therapist
Therapy is a wonderful opportunity to explore habituated patterns as well as the stories we tell ourselves. We all have a choice in how we make meaning in our lives, and I believe that with a compassionate exploration of one’s inner life comes the ability to find more wonder and joy and connection in our daily life.
After earning her BA in English Literature, Regina set out to travel the world, living in Japan, Bali, Africa and Europe. Her love of people and their stories led her to Los Angeles to work for a television show writer and then to earn a MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University.
Regina Cavanagh is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked in various settings for the past 18 years. Regina works with issues of adjustment, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress and transition, relationship issues and mindfulness based stress reduction.
